ARK hosting
ARK with the memory
it actually needs.
ARK: Survival Evolved genuinely wants 16 GiB. Budget hosts sell it on 8 and the server stutters — that's where ARK hosting got its reputation. We size it honestly, reserve it, and save your world every time the server stops.
What you get
Steam Workshop mods
Add mods by Workshop ID or link. Dependencies are resolved for you and written into the server's config in the right order.
Saved on every stop
Stopping or restarting saves the world first, so you never lose the last hour of taming.
Every setting, explained
GameUserSettings.ini options as fields with a note on each. Admin passwords are generated for you.
Full file access
SFTP access to every file on your server: edit configs, upload mods, download your saves whenever you like.
A console that remembers
A live console in the browser. Leave and come back and everything since the server started is still there.
Reserved memory
The memory you pay for is held for your server alone. No overselling, so no mid-raid stutter.
How much do I need?
ARK's memory depends mostly on the map and your mods. Each map in a cluster is its own server.
| Setup | Memory | CPU | Disk included | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small tribe, few mods | 12 GiB | 2 shared cores | 90 GB | $30.50 |
| Recommended for most servers | 16 GiB | 3 shared cores | 120 GB | $41.75 |
| Big server, heavy mods | 20 GiB | 4 dedicated cores | 150 GB | $66.00 |
Mod updates are the usual cause of a corrupted ARK save — keep a backup of your saves before big mod changes. See pricing for every option.
