DMCA Policy
Myrieon LLC responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512.

Submitting a notice
A valid notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it — the server address and file path
- Your contact details: address, telephone number, email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Misrepresentation in a notice carries liability for damages under §512(f).
What we do
On a valid notice we expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and notify the customer, providing them a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice
A customer who believes material was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to dmca@myrieon.com containing their signature, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, their contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their district (or, outside the US, the Southern District of Texas) and to accept service from the complainant.
On a valid counter-notice we forward it to the complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless we are notified that a court action has been filed.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A record of notices received and action taken is maintained, and this policy is enforced rather than merely published.
